Representation in creative media validates and empowers underrepresented groups,

dismantling harmful stereotypes and implicit biases.
I created each portrait by hand using
the Procreate app on iPad. The full series is displayed in print at the Maxine Platzer Women's Center
and
featured digitally in Iris Magazine.

Free Flowers is an incredibly intricate piece. Drawn by hand using the
Procreate app on iPad, I completed this piece over a two-month period using a total of
seventy-seven layers.
